Return & Cancellation Policy

Exchange only, full returns not accepted.

If you are not completely satisfied with your LA VILLA GOODS online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange up to 10 days after delivery. We do not offer full returns

All merchandise returned for an exchange must be unworn, unwashed and unused with the price tags and packaging intact.

Please contact us with 24 hours of purchase if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Earrings
  • Digital downloads
  • Clearance or sale items
Lost or Stolen Packages:

LA VILLA GOODS is not responsible for replacing lost packages if the carrier can verify the package was delivered.

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns for exchange must be postmarked within 10 days of the original ship date and must be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.

We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.

Exchanges are processed within 10 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanged is processed.

We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Before sending out your return / exchange package, you must email contact@lavillagoods.com and request a Return Authorization number (RA#). Exchanges will not be accepted without an RA# from LA VILLA GOODS
